When will my spice or sauce order arrive?    

Rocks BBQ ships from Indiana and most orders will be received within 1-5 business days (depending on your location). Typical USPS and UPS orders don't deliver on Sundays and Holidays. Saturday delivery is available to some zip codes.

When will my merch order arrive?    

Many of our merch product are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Same Day Shipping

Orders placed before 3:00pm ET usually ship the same day for in-stock orders using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 

Please note that our 3:00pm ET order cutoff time is a goal that we strive to meet on all orders. Occasionally there may be situations when we cannot meet the shipping cutoff goal.

Where do we ship

Currently, Rocks BBQ only ships to addresses in the United States.
