Met Rock a few years ago. Picked up a good assortment of his seasonings to try out. Mind you, I’ve won some pretty good BBQ tournaments in my day. I was very pleased with the quality of the products. So much so I’ve switched most of my cooks to include them. They are expertly balanced. You can go light or heavy and it never overpowers the cook. EVER! I’ve tried most of them in my KCBS circuit days and these are the ones I reach for when I’m feeding my family and joining a comp or two every now and then. (Partially retired comp BBQ guy). As long as he sells them, I’ll be buying.

Haven’t used it on brisket yet but used it on a ribeye steak. Tasted great!
