Hey Boo! Rub & Gear
Let customers speak for us
from 17 reviewsGreat flavors-this is my 2nd batch!!
Haven’t used it on brisket yet but used it on a ribeye steak. Tasted great!
This seasoning is literally great on everything! I like using it on roasted vegetables as well as beef, chicken and pork.
Excellent on our chicken thighs! Marinated in Hey Boo Honey Rub overnight and grilled next evening. Flavorwas slightly sweet and spicy.
I used as an overnight dry brine for chicken thighs in the smoker next day. Great flavor! Great tasting crispy chicken skin!
I also want to commend Rock’s BBQ for their great customer service. My first order got lost in transit. Rock immediately had another one shipped to me free of charge. The first one eventually arrived. Now I have an extra bottle of Hey Boo Honey Rub. I am giving it to my son who also loves to BBQ.
Thanks Rock!
I love it! Absolutely put it on everything
The hat is great - quality is top notch and the overall look is very attractive.
Cooked on the KCBS circuit for years. Did well. This spice is a ‘go to’ for me now for everything from family dinners to an occasional company comp or backyard event. - Dixieland Smokers.
Used on both brisket and pork butts, the flavor profile is amazing! Renders a perfect bark with all the flavors!! Complimented only by the Irish Whiskey bbq sauce = perfection!!!
Rock’s Anytime seasoning has become one of my go to seasonings, by itself or paired with another. It’s great on steak, eggs, chicken, and even fish. The new label looks a bit different but Rock has taken the time and explained his new process and how it’s the exact same recipe as before. Thank you for taking the time to make this right!
Was really good season don’t underestimate it
Theres something special about this blend and I think its the notes of coffee that give this spice blend its kick. Perfect for fattier cuts like RibEye and smoked Brisket, but I would even bet this spice would take a leaner cut into the next level as Ive done other coffee rubs on NY strip and those didnt even have half of whats going on in this bottle of spice. A must have blend.
